Founded by the renowned Infertility Specialist and Padma Shri recipient Dr Kamini A Rao in 1990 and earlier operating under the aegis of the International Institute for Training and Research in Reproductive Health (IIRRH), it is now an independent entity known under the brand name of Milann Academy. With a legacy of over thirty years in the field of Infertility and an extremely high reputation for ethical and scientific practice, we offer post-doctoral Fellowship programs, PhD programs and post graduate programs in Reproductive Medicine, Embryology and Maternal Fetal Medicine. The Academy is affiliated to RGUHS, NITTE University and VIT University for PhD in Clinical Embryology and to JSS University, Mysore for MSc in Clinical Embryology. Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine can be availed under the aegis of National Board of Examinations, RGUHS or through our Institutional Fellowship programs. We also offer short term training programs in Basic Infertility, Andrology, Clinical ART, Embryology, ICSI and Embryo Biopsy.

Milann Academy is recognized as one of the few institutes offering hands on IVF training in India, aiming to cover the fundamentals of IVF procedure as well as the basics of setting up of an IVF lab. The objective of IVF training courses for clinicians and embryologists is to impart in-depth elucidation of all aspects of an IVF cycle including pre-treatment evaluation and testing, treatment options and laboratory aspects keeping in mind the ethical and economic implications of the treatment.
