Milann Academy provides hands-on training in Reproductive Medicine, focused on advancing the understanding of human reproduction, infertility, and feto-maternal medicine. Established in 1990 and now operating as an independent institution, it has built a strong legacy grounded in ethical and scientific practice.
The Academy offers post-doctoral Fellowships, PhD, and postgraduate programs in Reproductive Medicine, Embryology, and Maternal-Fetal Medicine, in affiliation with RGUHS, NITTE University, VIT University, and JSS University. These include specialized pathways such as a PhD and MSc in Clinical Embryology, along with Fellowship programs conducted under the aegis of the National Board of Examinations, RGUHS, and through institutional routes.
In addition, short-term training programs are available in Basic Infertility, Andrology, Clinical ART, Embryology, ICSI, and Embryo Biopsy.
Recognized as one of the few institutions in India offering comprehensive hands-on IVF training, the Academy covers the full IVF continuum—from fundamentals of procedures to setting up and managing an IVF laboratory. Designed for clinicians and embryologists, the programs provide in-depth exposure to the entire IVF cycle, including pre-treatment evaluation, diagnostic work-up, clinical decision-making, and laboratory practices, with a strong emphasis on ethical and cost-conscious patient care.
Milann Academy has trained over 1,200 students across its various programs, reflecting its continued contribution to education and advancement in reproductive medicine.
